Bill Shorten - Suckhole Moron

As noted on Andrew Bolts Blog. Even the English are making fun of our government and its ministers. Bill SHORTEN must have no spine, no integrity and no ability to think for him self.

East Kiewa Rainbow Trout

I was going to paint today, however the weather was beautiful. Quite warm, mid to high twenties and only the slightest breeze. So I went fishing. I fished the East Kiewa, I have tried a few times in the past couple of months with a remarkable lack of success. I saw fish but couldn't interest them.

Today was different.

This lovely rainbow was sitting at the end of a run, the water was about 3 foot deep. I saw her come up from the bottom to take the fly. Perfect. She weighed just over a kilo. If you enlarge the photo you can see the roll of glad wrap behind her. The width of the plastic wrap is 33cm. The fish was approx 40cm.

I caught her not long after I began fishing and I thought that would be the end of the day. I was wrong. I caught 3 more fish the same size, all were browns as well as 2 slightly smaller rainbows. i released the rest, this one was cooked for dinner.

All in all a wonderful day.

Sofia Vergara

Good God she is amazing.

Bob Carr (and Labor) Want To Ruin Australia

Bob Carr, former premier of NSW is a strange man. He along with the rest of NSW Labor sent the state broke. They belittled their governor by removing the trappings of his office. Carr and NSW Labor appeared to despise the average person. I could never understand how they were elected and managed to stay in power so long.

Now Gillard has resurrected Carr and made him foreign minister. A dangerous thing to do for both Labor and Australia. Carr has already upset PNG and several other nations. Now he wants to give evidence to the International Court of Justice on behalf of third world countries. Carr believes that Australia, the US and other industrialised countries are damaging third world countries by CO2 emissions. Let's leave aside the blatant fact that there is no evidence of this. Why would Carr want to harm his own country? Does he hate us? Why would he propose this course of action? He is actively prepared to act in a manner harmful to Australia's interests.

For more information read the following SMH article -

If Australia had a sane government he would almost certainly be dismissed as foreign minister, after all what he is prepared to do borders on treason. Yet Gillard and the rest of the rotten lying, duplicitous members of the current Labor government ignore him. They ignore the terrible damage soon to be done to our economy by the carbon tax and all the others taxes they propose. They are doing anything they can to hang on to power and to impose their will on the Australian people. The sooner this stinking pile of shit that are currently in government are removed the better for the people who live here.

Another Mad Idea That Bob Brown Would Love

The poms have well and truly gone completely mad. Their quixotic dream of a zero carbon emission economy has led them to paying wealthy landowners millions of pounds per year to build windfarms. The power produced by these windfarms is effectively zero and they are being built on the most beautiful parts of the nation. Madness.

Now the next step is to make it almost impossible to build a new house or renovate and old one. Read this  Where people will live and how they will afford it is not known. We have to get rid of our lying duplicitious prime minister and the greens asap. The sooner the next election comes the better for the nation.

All we really need then is to hope that Abbott grows some balls and completely dismantles the entire green dream of a zero emmission economy here.

Starting to get Colder.

Had the first frost of the year this morning. It's light and will be gone as soon as the sun hits it but it's frost.

First Trout

My youngest son caught his first trout the other day. He has caught fish other times, but this is the first time he has done it all himself. He cast the line, saw the bite, waited and then hooked it and landed it. He was very pleased.
